Payment terms: To allow for booking flexibility, all of our One to One sessions are offered and reserved on a first-come first-served basis.

Discounts: We give a one-time 10 percent discount to students who have purchased an online seminar with Patrick McKeown.

 Booking cancellations: we provide a full refund -less the fee of 10 USD that the credit card system charges- if we receive 5 days or more notice of the cancellation. In case you need to cancel please use our Contact Us Page and we will get back to you straight away.

Booking Rescheduling: If you wish to change your appointment time you can do so using WhatsApp, email or through the form on our Contact Us Page. Please let us know at least 2 days before your reserved time as we are unable to offer appointment slots to other students at less notice than this.
